Merchandise returned clean and in its original packaging all accessories
The original invoice must be presented with the returned product.

Computers systems (less deposit) with all documentation and accessories, and in clean and re-sellable conditions, excluding “special order” items.
All OEM or UNOPENED retail product with all documentation and accessories

ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: Edge computers will gladly exchange any product proven to be defective within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, all items are then covered under their respective manufacturers, warranty. Edge Computers can ship products to manufactures at the customers' expense if desired.

software, books, and magazines are not refundable due to Canadian Copyright Laws.
System Deposits, Delivery and Service Charges, and opened ink kits/cartridges are also not refundable

Cheques

Any cheques that is NSF must be replaced by cash, interact, money order or bank draft with an additional $25.00 service charge applied
All Cheques requires Full identification with License Number and Credit card number on the back of the cheque

Store Credits

Store credits are valid for ONE year, starting from the date of issue. Edge Computers is not responsible for loss store credits. For recovery here is a 25.00 service charge.

Warranty

All retail-boxed products including processors must be sent directly to the manufactureer or vendor for warranty repair or replacement. OEM CPU's are covered by a 30-day warranty unless stated differently. All OEM components have a 1 year manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated. Used products are sold “AS IS” unless otherwise stated ** EDGE PC's have a 1 year parts, 3 year labour warranty. All defective retail boxed products must be set to a manufacturer for repairs/replacement not at Edge Computers expense.

Edge PC Systems warranty is a hardware based warranty. Software, Configureation, Viruses, Power problems, Misuses or abuse are note covered under warranty.
